Geo Intel is a product of FlakesHq Corp.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Geo Intel ("Service"), operated by FlakesHq Corp. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Geo Intel is an AI-powered geopolitical intelligence platform developed and operated by FlakesHq Corp. The Service provides daily briefings, risk scoring, predictive analysis, and aggregated intelligence from publicly available sources. The Service is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or security advice.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You agree to notify FlakesHq Corp. immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free Trial & Subscription Plans

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Pro features. After the trial period, your account will revert to limited access unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. FlakesHq Corp. reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are available within 48 hours of charge if you have not extensively used the Service during that period. Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds are available within the first 30 days. Free trial users are not charged. All refund requests should be directed to support@flakeshq.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; (b) redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Service content without written authorization from FlakesHq Corp.; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service infrastructure; (d) use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract data; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, analysis methodologies, branding, and original content, is the exclusive property of FlakesHq Corp. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our intelligence briefings are generated using proprietary AI pipelines and publicly available information. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes only.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Intelligence briefings, risk scores, predictions, and analyses are generated by artificial intelligence systems and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. FlakesHq Corp. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. Users should independently verify critical information before making decisions based on Service content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLAKESHQ CORP., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Data Privacy & Security

FlakesHq Corp. collects and processes personal data (email, name, preferences, usage analytics) solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@flakeshq.com. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Service Availability

FlakesHq Corp. strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

12. Termination

FlakesHq Corp. may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Modifications to Terms

FlakesHq Corp. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration administered in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
